Confirmed Service Customer
I had a service appointment (first one, as a brand new customer) for 9AM. They said I should return in an hour or an hour and 1/2. I came back at 10:30AM and my car wasn't even in the queue yet. He said it'll probably be done near noon. I sat in the waiting room until 2PM, until finally I walked back to see what was up. He said We just finished it. (I thought he'd call when it was done.) Lost a whole day of work for this. So, even though the staff is upbeat, and I do enjoy my Trailblazer, my initial service situation was extremely frustrating.
